Meet Mathew, who serves as a dedicated Firefighter/AEMT with the city of Suffolk, Virginia, where he is committed to protecting and serving his community. Originally from San Francisco, Mathew's upbringing in various parts of the greater Bay Area of California has shaped his perspective and instilled in him a deep sense of community engagement.
A proud alumnus of Santa Rosa Junior College, Mathew pursued his passion for communication and athletics, playing football during his time there from 1999 to 2000. Alongside his academic pursuits, Mathew engaged in extensive volunteer work, offering support to developmentally challenged children and individuals experiencing homelessness. His altruistic nature and unwavering dedication to making a positive impact in people's lives have been evident throughout his journey.
Mathew remains steadfast in his commitment to service, seeking opportunities to continue making a difference and uplifting those in need. With a heart full of compassion and a spirit of service, he looks forward to continuing his journey of giving back and enriching the lives of others.
